NAPA Auto Parts - Kokes Inc

Super rude and incredibly unhelpful. The guy refused to assist me in finding a headlight to fit my car. Apparently he had many more important things to do than assist customers and selling parts.

Had to take the time to write about my experience with Koke's Napa store. It's Saturday evening, my wife and I are just driving past Bridgeport Nebraska for the first time. As I pull on to hwy 26, my 2008 one of a kind SRT8 Whipple supercharged Challenger snaps a serpentine belt. No spare belt, no tools with me, no tow trucks available. Limped the car back to the Koke Napa parking lot but, they're closed a kind man named Mark knows the owner, calls him and Gary (the owner) calls his employee Bob. Bob drives to the store, opens up for me! So this is a special belt, 117 inches long, well they have one!! He sold me the belt and the tool I needed to get us up and running, I can't express my gratitude in words for the kindness and integrity of Gary and Bob!! Thank you gentlemen, you guys are th

They won't even call you when you have an online order come in, staff acts like they hate their job and it's your fault they make 9$ an hour. Usually get good decant parts but the customer service needs improvement!

Great service and if they do not have the part needed they Will have it the next morning. Very Knowledgeable staff

Horrible customer service this morning had a simple question about which quart of oil to use in my pickup and it was obvious I was bothering the gentleman stalking the shelves
