Outcast customs

I recently had Rich and Josh pickup my pickup for work to be done on it. outcast customs is the way to go they were blunt honest and straight forward with everything. My experience was very straight up and while blunt and to the point they made sure I understood everything that was going to be done and sent me pictures for each step. They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the work that needed done from the brake system to the painting and body work. Richard let me know when they ran into issues and also would give me options to resolve the issues and the prices of each option along with the pros and cons for them.

an absolute nightmare. was quoted 2600 for a job that should have included all the expenses up front. then charged almost an additional 1k and initially given a very segmented non descript invoice. was told they would be there in an hour but they showed up 6 hours later. failed to replace hoses which is standard price inclusion for a turbo replacement. then after the rig got back underway the hoses and clamps had not been properly tightened. the guy apologized and admitted fault to my driver and agreed to fix it on the rigs way back through. I wrote requesting a proper invoice with detailed descriptions for each item. the facts he claims are not facts, but a fabrication and falsification of the actual events. use extreme caution when dealing with this company, they over charge for parts an
