NAPA Auto Parts - Larned Auto Parts LLC

I needed a battery for my truck ram 1500. Saved 20% on line. They had it ready when I arrived. They don’t offer installation service but luckily my truck battery was easily replaced. They were friendly and accommodating. They were prompt to refund when I returned back to the store with the used battery. It’s nice to have this store in Larned.

Great people. From out of town and needed a simple headlight. One of them knew the part number for my truck, they both agreed to double check. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.

I've been to alot of Napas, bought alot of parts from napa but when it comes to the larend Napa store, they are incredibly unknowledgeable when asking if they have any auto parts or tools in stock or if they can get it. Besides calling in for your common problems, oil change ect.. yeah they can answer, but if you ask about a 2007 rear diff cover, its rocket science and all the people have to huddle around to figure it out. They do not go beyond to find the part or even to figure out what your talking about.. Honestly I'm disappointed everytime I go to the Napa in Larend Kansas. I've noticed alot of 5 starts and 4 star reviews. Maybe they are scared to post anything bad because it's such a small town, but if this was in a large town, I bet the review for this Napa Auto Parts would be a 1

The guys at Napa are very knowlegable. They have gone beyond regukar customer service, sourcing rare and antiquated parts. Always helpful.
