At first was super impressed. Mike was very kind and helpful. Easy to talk to and made it seem like repairs would go on without issue... but now I'm still waiting on my car. He originally guessed it would be a week and a half or two weeks, and after a week and a half passed I called and they hadn't even started. A few more days passed, called again and he said it would be another week. If I were to know the timeline a little better I would have made different arrangements... but now I'm without a vehicle, and feel as though service has been poor. I'm still hopeful that the repairs will be good, though not timely, but customer care has been lackluster.
