NAPA Auto Parts

Came in with a dead battery for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness. They quoted me $275+ for a Group 35 AGM — which I understand is needed for my vehicle, but that price is way above what other stores charge for the same battery. I also asked if they could help me with a jump since I was stuck right outside the store, and they said it’s against policy. I get the liability angle, but it was frustrating to be left hanging with zero effort to assist. Ended up going elsewhere.

Today was my first time ever visiting a NAPA store. I’m not sure about the other locations, but I can say for sure I will never be coming back to this location. Two women I had the displeasure of interacting with that work here are not friendly or helpful at all.. the blonde woman was on her phone the entire time I was looking around. I was looking for a specific item, and nobody could be bothered to help me look for it or maybe see if another store had it. I mentioned to the staff what I was looking for, and their website said that it was in stock. The blonde woman only made a comment about which product she likes best and uses herself… which is great but that’s not what I came in for. The other woman who rang up my item(which is something I ended up settling for since I couldn’t get any

I was looking for a front heater core for my 1998 Expedition. When I asked to see if it was identical to my old core, the lady said I couldn't do that because it was in a sealed box. I asked how I could check if it would fit before I purchased it. She ignored me, walked away, talked to another employee, and disappeared around the corner of the counter with invoices in hand. I've never been to a parts store and am not given the chance to see the part before being puchsed.

I have used them frequently. The parts work well. Their premium WIX line filters are much better performers than the national big box stores' products. The price is right next to them too. I have only had to take one part back, an air filter for fitment. I do also find hard to get parts in their warehouse. The local Chevy dealer actually turned me on to them. Thanks to them for the great referral.

I was here last Friday and the lady was very rude to me. I felt like I was just a burden and when I asked her a question she straight out ignored me. Also, she was cursing in front of me which was very unprofessional. I work in customer service myself and I would never curse in front of my customers. Awful experience.
