Let me start by saying this. I’ve never been to a Napa before and I won’t be going back. I pulled up to an elder man standing by the front doors nonchalantly smoking. I tried asked him a few questions and he seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. I finally got response from him saying “let me finish my cigarette first and I’ll get you handled”. Needless to say, if smoking is your priority and not the customer then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If this is how Napa as a whole carries themselves, I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Ron and Claudia are the best delivery drivers we have come to our facility.

Delivery drive cuts me off then honks and flips me off then I take a picture to send to his boss and he chased me i went to pull over and he turned around I did get pics and video

Steve was A LIFE SAVER!!! I needed to replace my headlight so I could go drive Uber and pay bills. Nobody (not even male customers passing me by) would help at AutoZone. Two employees tried to help at O'Reilley's but gave up (my 70 yr old father usually helps me with this part). Steve was by himself in the store so he couldn't go outside to help, but sent me to Firestone where the cashier EASILY removed the old bulb for me. THANK YOU STEVE for finding a solution and EXCELLENT customer service!!!
