They do not like to answer the phone! They do not like answering any questions soon they answer the phone they ask can they place you on a brief hold...then they hang up on you. This has happened to me several times. People customer service has gone out thr window!!

Friendly staff and much more proficient than your typical " other " auto store's employees!

NAPA has EXACTLY what I needed. I needed a window regulator for the driver's side of my vehicle. Unfortunately Autozone nor Advance had the actual part I needed. They kept selling me the passenger side. The staff was friendly as well.

This location is conveniently located on Covington hwy and s Lithonia industrial so that intersection is busy but convenient. They carry lots of parts and car products. The item I purchase was in house and the staff was friendly. The parking lot was large enough to park in. I gave a four rating because the prices online are not reflected in the stores. So make sure the price is honored in-store as well as online. Overall it's a good stop to pickup wiper fluid, coolant or whatever you need.
