Honestly I love Napa but I would not recommend this particular one! Went in with a good mood and found what I needed easily enough! And when I went to come check out I was pushed off to the side by the older lady in the front with blemish hair in a rude oh dont bother me attitude the moment she saw me coming her way! Then while the gentleman next to her got me rang me up the same lady was quite loudy cursing and complaining and rushing other employees in just such a rude manner in front of customers witch was just super unprofessional in my opinion and I almost decided to just cancel my purchase!

I came in to do a warranty replacement on a Carlyle T47. I told the parts clerk what i needed, he slowly looked it up and went to retrieve it from the back. He scanned the item in and asked me for my payment. I questioned why he needed my card for a warranty exchange and he asked me how long ago I purchased it. I asked about the the lifetime warranty and this man looks at me with a straight face and asks "Does it"? I grabbed the packaging that was still with the broken part and had to point it out for him. Now we had to look up the receipt, I gave him my phone number at least three times in this whole exchange, he slowly finds the receipt, processes the exchange and now I owe $5 and some change, why?, because I bought it for $7 and now it costs $12. Again, for a warranty exchange. He grabs

Came in for a hard to find sensor for our work truck. Didn't have one in stock, but Logan was absolutely awesome and had one locted and there for us super quick!

Had a battery with 3 year warranty, was able to get the replacement quick and easy. Both gentlemen were very helpful.

Sold me known defective smog pump. Refused to locate replacement when failed. Professional mechanic and they still screwed me. Beware. I sent these pictures of broken pump before installing. They still demanded full price and demanded my core. Scammers come in all flavors. Called the 800 number and they were no help at all.
