Great place knows what to look up and get the correct parts needed

They are very good. We bought a brake caliper 2 weeks ago. We bought the old one back and got our money back.

I called ahead to ask about a hard to find product. The gentleman on the phone took time to check the computer and to physically verify they had it. When I showed up it was already boxed up on the counter for me. I also got some knowledgeable advice that saved time for my weekend project.

Walked into the store and stood there in front of the desk for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. A gentleman who was on his phone discussing his DoorDash order finally assisted me. Bought a battery for my car and then was told they don’t help replacing the battery. I would have asked before I purchased if l could have gotten in a word. He did apologize for being on the phone with DoorDash. I got a refund and went down to Advance Auto Parts. The equivalent battery was cheaper; was greeted immediately; and they installed it within 5 minutes. They nice guy wouldn’t even let me tip him. Why would I ever come back to Napa??? And no, Napa. I do not want to call and discuss.

Heather , did a great job assisting me finding the correct battery for my Vehicles. Every time I come into the store customer service is impeccable. I would definitely recommend this store location to anyone. Great Team !!!!
