This place doesn't always have what I've needed but the staff has been really helpful every time I've been in . Helped load my snowmelt pre-snowmaggedon and advised with wipers and tire chains.
Very cordial, they serve well and quickly and getting in and out is easy I recommend it for everyone, especially how quiet it is

Used to be i could go into a parts store and look things up on their computers for brand and part number. Now you have to wait until you can be helped. Then I needed to wait for my bulb. Not fast. Not great service. Nothing bad. Just average. ...
I just spoke to the new manager. I think her name is Hannah not a very nice person to talk to. They accused us of using racial slurs in 10 years had no trouble with this company in the last two years what a joke ! recommend West Springfield Auto Parts now Parts Authority.
