Unprofessional to say the least. In store and on phone. Pick up phone just to hangup. Pick up phone to let it lay there. " Napa Auto parts, I'm placing you on a brief hold". Not difficult to say. I don't mind holding. It's about who you know in this town I suppose. Rude rude rude in store, for what reason? Good help is hard to find.
