I am super impressed with this company, especially employee Caleb. He towed my bus from US40 at exit 126 to Milan. Their tow prices are absolutely the best in the area. They will be looking at my bus tomorrow to determine what’s wrong with it. I’m certain I’ll be able to leave another 5 star review for them. CMM/Indiana traveler.

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional experience. This towing/wrecking company quoted me $1,200 for trailer reloading. The cargo was 8 pallets, several boxes, totaling around 6,700 lbs. After the job was done and I told them I would send payment within an hour, a rude woman began calling me aggressively, threatening to impound my load in their yard unless I sent the money within 5 minutes. My driver was still on-site and assured them that payment would be made shortly. Despite this, two men wearing masks showed up, stole one pallet from my trailer, and took it to their towing yard. They then demanded an extra $120 ransom to return it. This is nothing short of extortion. These people operate like a gang, not a legitimate business. Very professional tow truck drivers. I was stranded in the middle of the night with my two daughters in the cold. The driver advised us to sit inside the warm tow truck while he loaded the car. My dad’s car broke down recently and was towed to their yard. Instead of making life harder, they helped us with the fees we needed to get my dad’s car back. Usually towing yards cost an arm and a leg to get your vehicle back but Crystal was very nice and worked with us like a friend instead of a debt collector. Highly recommend their services to anybody in area that’s in need.
