BUYER BEWARE !!!! It's unfortunate that I have to leave a review like this. I purchased an item with cash on Tuesday 11/25 . On Wednesday 11/26 I returned to the store with the receipt and the unopened item. I was told that I could not get a cash refund. I had to give them my bank card or credit card. Apparently it had to do with the time of day the drawer is closed out. WHICH MADE NO SENSE. They did apologized for not informing me of the return policy. I reviewed the return policy which states that the item could be returned within 30 days unopened with the receipt. It says nothing about refunded moneys are to be placed on my cards. If I can't trust you to give me my refund in the method it was given why should I trust you with my bank/credit cards. Sadly I will not return to this sto

Please update your hours on Google Maps. I arrived at 6 pm on Tuesday, October 21, and the store is closed. The hours listed say you're open until 7 pm. Cannot rate service since I cannot get inside.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at NAPA Auto Parts in Millville, NJ. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to return a part I never used and didn’t even open. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me a restocking fee for something in perfect condition. That’s completely unreasonable. I expected better from a reputable name like NAPA, but this location clearly doesn’t value its customers. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
