Walked in because my tire was completely flat but wasn’t sure what had caused it and Damien was super nice and helpful! He went with me go check my car and helped patch up my tire. Made it back home safely because of him! Thank you so much!!

The staff was ready for it to be 5:00, and so was I! I was picking up a part that my BF ordered on-line this morning and paid for. I understand the need to make sure I was picking up the right part, ordered from the right person, and paid for; but is it necessary to have to show my i.d. when I have the card he used to pay for it in hand? The names won't match w/ the debt card and my i.d.... Idk, I appreciate the security, but sometimes it's a little much. And, in making sure I had my id, they lost a sale of engine oil I had asked for before he had to ask me for my i.d.. ( I had to go back outside in the rain/snow to the car to get my embarrassing i.d. - don't even get me started!!) Even though ... My employer has an account at this location, and am I happy they do! I'm always greeted promptly, offered great options of products, and provided assistance to load my vehicle. Every employee, and the ownership needs tom be commended for the great personal service they provide every customer.

Excellent customer service. It's always nice to go into a business, and you're greeted with a smile and a hello. I had called the night before to order a part, and they said they would have it in by 8 am. Called the next morning, my part was there, like they said.
