Great folks, always love gettin to go in, even though im usually there in time of need lol but still their so helpful an can always get what I need, its very rarely they can't find a part but they will still dig till they do

Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff. They had everything I needed. After I paid for my items. They even offered to help load them in my car since they were somewhat heavy. That went above and beyond to help out 👍

Well, I was driving up I-5, all of a sudden I had no power steering!? Ugh, that was an interesting moment. I pulled off at the Mount Shasta exit, and it was cool, there was a NAPA Auto parts store just up the road. The gentleman there was beyond nice, and he checked my power steering fluid and it was full...🤔 Regardless, I bought some steering fluid and grabbed oil also, I felt more prepared. I started up my car and lo and behold it was working fine. And still does. Possibly a bubble in the lines?! Silly car. Thank you NAPA Man. Sorry I missed your name.

I go into Napa every once in awhile and every time I do I'm always greeted with a friendly attitude/smile! I usually am helped by Andy and he is the best! he's always super helpful and never fails to put me in a good mood. so to Napa, please consider giving Andy a raise because he deserves it!
