I broke down in Shasta and everything else was closed, so we ended up at Oreillys. Martin is a god send, he immediately put us in touch with a great mobile mechanic and he was so kind and helpful with everything. It was the best possible experience of my breaking down that I could've had. Martin deserves a raise!!
I went in greeted promptly by Camden. He was super friendly. He helped me find the windshield wipers and batteries. He even installed them (batteries- diesel needs 2) for me. Friendly and professional service!
Brent is the man! He was super helpful assisting me with getting spark plugs and giving me advice on how to do it. Update; Elliott is a godsend; this young man helped me with my spark plugs (understatement) and was super knowledgeable. Can't thank him enough, upstanding American citizen! Super grateful, God bless both these man!
