I purchased a battery for my motorcycle there. They sold me the wrong one. I tried to exchange it at the Napa in Augusta and they did and charged me extra money. However, 8 weeks later the battery wouldn't even hold a charge. When I tried to return it to Waynesboro they said they had no record of me buying one and that my battery was 2 years old. When I called up the Augusta store they said there was nothing they could do because they also had no record of me buying the battery. So now I'm in the process of searching for the receipt. Otherwise I'm out $200 because of two Napas. One who couldn't get it right the first time and the other one that ripped me off and both of them claiming they don't keep any records of their sales.

Always a pleasant visit, a little costly but everyone who works there will try their hardest to make sure you are satisfied or they will recommend other options. Also just a friendly place to engage in discussions about auto problems, etc.
