Sherry makes me want to work my way up the NAPA corporate ladder just so I can tell the CEO how amazing her and that store is. She went above and beyond pulling out a million different parts just to find one that would work. I can’t express enough how helpful she was and how helpful that store is. I’m a die hard oreillys guy but I might just bleed blue now. Amazing store sherry is amazing, tell the CEO if you know them.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. No knowledge whatsoever. My husband came here last week needing a part for his truck asap and the lady at the counter made a big deal how she would get it ordered for us asap and it would be here in two days. We stopped by yesterday to see if it arrived yet and she was so extremely rude to us because she lied about when the part was going to get there. A week later… the part shows up and it’s the WRONG part. I used to have a lot of respect for Napa since my mother and grandfather worked at Napa for 30+ years and because of the terrible people that work here made me lose all respect for Napa. Will be taking my business anywhere but here from now on.

Nice and they found the part for my motorhome! It wasn't there at the store, but the associate ordered it from another store and was there in a few hours. No complaints or issues. Reasonably priced as well!

Great location, my son went in with his dad today to pick something up and the workers are just good people. They know their stuff but also just good down to earth people. They told my son to come here and gave him a Napa racing hat. He came out of the store with a great big smile. Thanks for making my 7 year old son feel like the luckiest boy ❤️❤️
