Stopped here to purchase oil but they didn't want to honor the price advertised nor look for the oil. Totally incompetent, and incredibly inconvenient. Not a single care for anyone's time

Worst NAPA in America. The guys behind the counter are completely useless, just as they're customer service. NEVER USE LITTLE RIVER NAPA. I went right down the street to the ACE and got what I needed without smart ass employees

Hello, we are on vacation and needed our battery and alternator checked. I called the store and they said they could help. When arriving the sales associate Derrick was Very Friendly and Kind, he came out checked the battery, alternator and starter, he told us what we needed, was super helpful and we got a new battery and were on our way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. With us being on vacation you never know who or where to go to get auto help, but if we ever need anymore help Napa will be the place we go. Thanks again to Derrick for his help!!!

I don't unbranded having store hours then not opening at that time then lying that your open. I also don't unbranded why have people in positions where they aren't properly trained for the job or the customer service aspect of it. Why did I as a customer have to call soothe location to figure out my charges at the store i made my purchase at. That should be done by the store not the customer. My problems occurred about a month ago and I still have yet to get a agreeable resolution. Then they don't even have the courtesy to say "let us order your rain visors so when you bring the damage ones in we can just switch them out". That's what a person knowing about and believing in customer service would of suggested.

I was helped greatly by the knowledgeable staff. Bryson went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and even hung out a few minutes after closing to make sure I was all set before shutting down. I bought all parts for a full brake job on my truck including everything for rear drums that I had not yet done before. They made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed and the price was awesome. The truck is doing great now. Thank you for all the help. Highly recommend.
