This store has the worst customer service and warranty process . I purchased a starter for my son’s car and it constantly continued to fail. As of the other day it completely broken and I tried to return it for what I was told would be a warranty. However the store stated that they won’t replace because of improper installation which is complete BS. The starter was faulty from the initial beginning with starting on the car. I asked for what proof they had to justify this request . There was none other than what the store said. No other notes were provided and I was told to reach out to customer support who just sides with the local store . Worst customer service ever, independent ok owned so if you buy a battery which I did in another store and take it back if you even gave them put it in your car they will not give you a refund and treat you like a criminal trying to return it, also they made it so visa would hold funds for 10 days so I had to wait to get my own Hard earned money back! That's crap business and I'm will have to treat them like two year olds and get everything in writing from now on!!
