This Napa Auto Parts is running smoother than a freshly oiled engine. The place was organized like they hired Marie Kondo to personally alphabetize the spark plugs. I walked in kinda lost, couldn’t find what I needed, and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t just point vaguely like, “uhh maybe over there.” Nah. He went upstairs like a hero on a side quest, fought through the mystical stockroom jungle, and came back with exactly what I needed in hand. But here’s the kicker: dude hands my daughter a popsicle. I’ve done DoorDash here twice, had to drive over a half hour a way and received NO TIP. I will be denying any orders from here and contacting DoorDash. $8 to drive over a half hour away? Come on.

I stopped in hear to get replacement windshield wiper blades. The staff showed me my options, gave their honest opinions of my choices, and didn't try to upset me at all. Also they gave me a great recommendation for a tire repair place that I needed. The store was spotless, well lit ,and well organized. They also had some good stuff on clearance. I highly recommend this place for those who no next to nothing about cars to those who rebuild them.

I have used this Napa auto location several times. It is also a warehouse, so they keep a large variety of parts in stock. They are located in an industrial area a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend ordering online and pick up in store because there is a big price difference between in store and online. Their prices are much better than other auto parts dealers especially if you buy the Napa brand products. They also offer a 10% discount for AAA members.
