NAPA Auto Parts

We are traveling with our motorhome -had trouble on the road stopped at this NAPA for parts bought 2 expensive parts. One wasn’t right so we called and they said they had it and would pull it. We raced back over got there 9 min before closing another guy said he had been there even longer. The doors were already locked. Waited a while -once both of us walked way the worker came running out and jumped in her car and sped away. They knew people had arrived before closing and didn’t care. So now we are stranded in their parking lot over night. This is not good customer service. I mean it’s hard to not see a 35’ motorhome sitting in your parking lot. If you say you are open to 6 -do what you say

Stoped in to get an oil plug. The lady told me on the phone they had it. Got there at 5:50pm and ask where there bathroom was she said we don’t have one and then said we don’t have a oil plug. It’s probably 5:55 now so I got my phone and searched old plug Napa, and was looking on Google and got her to bring me some out there if they did have that would it work. I am looking for another and she said it its 5:58 and I close in 2 minutes and ran me out. She was driving out of the parking lot at 6:02. Guess some hate there job so bad they don’t care if the place makes any money or not as long as they collect a check every week.

Stop by to buy some bushings on a Sunday morning. There was no one inside but one employee outside on the phone pulling stickers off the windows. I went outside and asked if there was anyone inside to help me and she said that she will be in there in a minute. She continued to stay outside on the phone and pull stickers off the windows of the storefront and watched me leave without saying anything. Definitely not good customer service!

The absolute worst service i've ever had ! Especially on the weekend i bet i've called 20 times no answer and if i do get an answer the woman just puts me on hold and forgets about me. But this Sunday was a little different 6/11/23 i called and automatically she said can you hold i said will it be for 30 min or are you going to forget about me this time nope she just hung up on me. Someone needs to do something about this so unprofessional.

There is something really strange about the service here. Today was 3rd attempt at doing business here. After today I am certain that there's a certain culture in here. I wint speculate on what type of culture, but it's very obvious. As I was leaving I turned and looked at the young lady who had just informed me that my product wasn't in stock. And I caught giving ne a dirty look while snickering with another employee. I own 3 businesses in this area. And I can tell you this, I will never set foot in this place again. I am a respectful, soft spoken gentleman. I did nothing wrong to this lady. What she displayed was pure ignorance.
