Good place but I can’t find my parts here

I recently was in need of new battery for my 2011 Ford Escape. My mother-in-law recommended NAPA in Fogelsville so I took her up on it and gave them a shot. I work very strange hours so I searched their website, found my battery and gave the part number to my mother-in-law to call in while I was at work. That way I could swing by after work and it would be set aside for me. Simple. Guy she talks to on the phone is not her regular, and gives her a hard time about simply buying the next best battery at a higher price. Already off to a bad start. So after work I swing by and pick up the battery. Price is good and I leave. Discover later they picked and sold me the incorrect battery. Go back and explain what happened. No apology for mess-up on their part; same dude who sold me the incorrect on

Got there at approximately 5:15 p.m. on a week day and was told that my purchase had to be made with a credit/debit card and not cash. Why?? Because the guy working had already counted the drawer! If it weren't for the fact that I was pressed for time, I would've walked out and gone elsewhere. Yes, he did take my cash, but not before trying to guilt trip me into using plastic. That's very poor customer service. And fyi - I was ready to pay for my purchase by about 5:25 which was about 35 minutes before they closed. I would absolutely understand if I had walked in 10 minutes before closing, but it wasn't.
