NAPA Auto Parts - Northeast Parts Group

Love this place very friendly and knowledgeable

Absolutely one of the greatest parts stores our business has done business with so far. Kyle and Matt are extremely knowledgeable and their staff operates like a well oiled machine. This exceptional service is the reason we signed up as a Napa auto care center and we couldn’t be happier. Quality parts with experienced sales people, that’s what really matters. Thanks again for all the hard work helping keep our business alive.

Too cheap to hire their own delivery drivers; so they use door dash to have their products transferred from one location to the other- & they don’t even have the decency to tip! CHEAPSKATES.

Don't pay with cash for parts unless you don't mind waiting to get your money back. Bought a part on Saturday and paid for it and the core charge with cash. Didn't need the part so i returned it Sunday. They said the didn't have the money ($110) to refund me and that I need to come back during the week when the manager is in so they have access to that amount of cash. So I now will also loose an hour of work so I can get there by 6pm and hope the manager is still there. Total BULLSH!T !!!! Manager needs to make sure the store has enough cash on hand for transactions and returns. Never again will I buy anything from this store.

Great staff and merchandise great prices and quality automotive parts especially their brake rotors, brake calipers, disc brake pads, and shoes. You also can't go wrong with their premium Wix oil filters. Which I consider to be one of the best filters you can put on your vehicles engine.
