My daughter called and spoke with Gabe about a new battery for our car, before ordering it online. We went and picked it up and he installed the new battery for us. Great customer service. Thanks!
I will not return for business. I called and asked if they could get a part I needed and I was told yes.I gave them the money. They ordered something completely wrong. Then gave more money to get the correct part. 2 days later they call to say they can't get it. When I went in for my refund they didn't refund the shipping.
The staff at this store is excellent. They will try their best to get you the parts you need. Too Lima store could take some tips from the Kenton store on customer service
