Absolutely amazing experience. Came with my mom for an oil change and i was not bored at all waiting. They have a tv you can use; newspapers to read; water, coffee, and hot chocolate to drink; and i got to meet their "mascot", i didnt get a picture but hes a cute little fluffy white dog who'll take all the love he can get, he's such a sweetie.

Took the truck in for an alignment and tire balance. Was told they couldn't do the alignment due to the vehicle needing a d/s lower ball joint and a p/s tie rod end. Was charged $70 bucks and tires didn't even get balanced. Lol. Good grief. Edit** The owner had me call and was very confrontational. He called me a prick because I didn't have an answer to what I thought was a fair price to be rejected for an alignment. I was confused as to why he would ask me to call. 🥴😅😆

Wayne and the team at Ricks Auto always provide me with great customer service and quality auto repair. Reasonably priced, friendly service. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else! Highly Recommend.
