NAPA Auto Parts of Providence

I always been able to find parts for my cars at NAPA. always have the staff that nobody has in town , they are the best and best quality The reason I give 3 stars is because there is only 3 guys at this location that will go the extra mile to get the stuff that you need done . The other guys seems like they hate working here. I come here with the part that I need and they have told me that they don’t have it . They don’t even look part number or anything they just like “we don’t have it sorry” Then I call outside in the parking lot asking for the part, and they tell me that they have the part in stock and they confirm that the part is available. ( I told them that i was told that you don’t have it ) and they just laughing like well I can see it now in front of my eyes I asked for pa

They just made a parts problem go away in a matter of hours when all the other places couldn't even do it. The driver went out of his way. I thought of other lower tier stores first, but NAPA is the one that could do it and worth any extra I may have paid.

Quality parts. Can’t say enough good things about the guys behind the counter. Extremely helpful they know what they’re talking about. They deserve their five star rating!

The guy at the Register doesn’t know what he’s doing came to look for bumper brackets and he didn’t know how to search them on the computer ,I asked them where something was in the Store and they said they didn’t sell it when I already knew what aisle it was On Lol , that’s my experience here .

My 1 star rating has nothing to do with the employees behind the counter, they have been friendly and helpful whenever I have done business at NAPA. My qualm is with the private owner of the NAPAs in Cache Valley (or whoever is responsible for this asinine policy). I purchased an expensive part from another NAPA location further South as a precaution for my travels with the intent to return the part here in Logan if it was no longer needed. The part was completely unused in a sealed NAPA bag and told that they wouldn’t process the return due to discrepancies in sales tax from where I purchased the part and Logan. We are talking about less than 0.5% difference in tax. Why buy from a box store like NAPA if I can’t even return their products at all locations? Isn’t that the appeal in managing
