NAPA Auto Parts - Oneonta

Hopefully, you get Gary. My vehicle has been vandalized so brutally in Oneonta, it should be considered terrorism. He went above and beyond to help me get a gas cap with lock. He actually went out and made sure it fit and that I knew how to use it properly. I can't thank him enough.

Downright rude employees. Had a terrible experience with a refund today. My card has now been charged twice, and I have no product. The employee (ray I believe) (the manager) told me he could not help me and to take it up with corporate in Atlanta. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve filed a complaint with the appropriate channels. I’m not allowing any business to treat a paying returning customer like this.

Had to return some parts that weren't needed, staff was pleasant. New employee was obviously a fresh hire and eager to please, a little chatty and took longer than expected, but overall a positive experience.

They had what I needed, but are very rude there. No one else was in the store, I walked up to the counter and rude man #1 was looking off to the side so thinking he was busy, I just waited, then he turned and looked at me, but said nothing. I finally just said what I needed and he looked it up..."we have one for $11.99." That was the extent of all he said to me the entire time in the store. Rude man #2 went and got the item for me. When he brought it out, I said "thank you Sir"...nothing. He just walked away. Another "thank you" to both of them after purchasing the item was completely ignored. Excuse me, I just bought stuff to pay your wages...won't happen again.

A few months back my car wouldn’t start and I happened to be outside of NAPA. Unfortunately, it was about 15 min before they closed. I explained to them that I needed a jump and I wasn’t sure if it was my battery or my alternator. They told me they did not have the time to help because I had turned my car off and they would need to charge the battery. I waited for a friend to come and jump my car while ALL of the employees walked to their cars to leave without even offering to help jump my car. I went to a competitor and they had my issue figured out in about 10 minutes. The fact that they let me drive off without even warning me how dangerous it could be if my car stalled is appalling. And that no one asked me if I needed help speaks volumes about the employees.
