I was in a situation where I called nearly all auto parts store in a 10 mile radius and called all major hardware stores. It wasn’t until I called this NAPA and spoke with Jose, that I got somewhere with my search. I was looking for a specialty tool that even Amazon or Ebay DID NOT come up. It seriously had to be 20 mins and a few moments being on hold that Jose put me on, and polite while reassuring, that kept me hopeful. After thorough research that he did not have to do, that he was able to figure out that what I was looking for was manufacturer specific. My two days of constant researching versus a 20 minute conversation with Jose was all it took for me to be able to find what I needed. He provided exceptional service and I feel that he went above and beyond my customer service expec

Went in real quick, I thought! For a battery and the Guy behind the counter was so rude to me when I asked a question he said that he was to busy to answer me that I would have to wait till he was so done looking in his computer,I said okay he repeated that I have to wait I said No problem then he left from behind the counter to the floor I thought he was going to help me with my question he got Really Rude and said DID U HEAR ME YOU HAVE TO WAIT!!! At that I point my sweetness left me and Rude came out as well,He just stood thier in Shock after what I said and I left and I said to him and everyone else behind the counter that" I WILL NEVER EVER HE BACK HERE AGAIN " and I Truly mean it !!!!! Thier are plenty of other stores that will take my money" A BIG ZERO STARS"

Good customer service. Even Though they didn't have the part I needed they were prompt to order from out of state. Danni was great. However the waiting time to get help its a lil long. Other than that all good.

this place comes thru inventory wise but customer service has let me down 3x in a row, which brings this naggy star review now youll know...they let me stand around in line instead of attending me ...i mean i know its almost closing time but theres like 2 or 3 employees getting "ready to leave ".... but if standing next to ur co worker talking up a storm about ur long day, is how u clock out dont do it while hes the only last employee whose actually assisting customers. if ur gonna stick around as long as ive been waiting in line , just staring as if i were painted on the wall the whole ten minutes, might as well help with the last two customers .
