If you return a defective part, you won't get full reimbursement, they will not return your card fee. All the trouble of a bad part and YOU will eat card fees on the return. Also supposed to be an authorized Interstate Battery dealer and dont follow authorized dealer policy. I'd drive an hour somewhere else to not go there.
Always helpful, even when fixing things that don't have a clear solution! Funny, fast and great help and advice. Love these guys!

The guys working were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us find a replacement part.
I have consistently been treated with disrespect every time I have stepped foot in the store. I will never be getting parts from these guys ever again.
