My truck won’t start while in Ely and walked over to Tim’s Napa. He came to our rescue and jump started my truck right away and replaced my battery in a short time. No hesitations. We had car trouble on a recent trip to Ely. Tim came to our rescue. He reassured us that he'd fix our car and get us safely on the road. We disappeared into the Boundary Waters for 3 days and when we emerged, we went straight to Tim. He was the highlight of our trip. The price was reasonable and he's hilarious!

I had a problem with my car coming out of the bwca - tim really came to the rescue. He helped get special parts from the twin cities in just a day and was able to squeeze the repair in asap. If I EVER have auto repair needs in Ely again, I will without question, 100% be going to Tim.

I can't say enough good things about Tim. Our trailer needed repair on a Holiday weekend and he was very generous with his time and expertise. He fixed our trailer and helped me with the trailer lights so that we could drive home safely. I appreciate his attention to detail and safety. Thank you!

They performed a brake replacement for us while vacationing in the Ely area. Front brakes failed on our trip north pulling a large 5th wheel. Called on a Friday afternoon, Tim answered, and had me bring it in Saturday morning to evaluate. Put us in front of many others. He determined the issues and materials needed for repair. Ordered on Monday. Had us come in Tuesday at 2 PM and was ready and out the door at 5 PM. Absolutely great service and workmanship. Thank you Tim for saving yet another vacation.
