NAPA Auto Parts - Parts Center

I was passing through NM and started having some electrical issues on my Chevy Diesel. I didn’t know anybody or any of the mechanics in the area and then I saw the NAPA store. I stopped by and went in to ask for some simple advice or help. Enrique immediately came outside to help me and solved my problem and got me back on the road. I bought some supplies because they were well stocked and had good prices, and everybody was very friendly. From now on I’m shopping NAPA!! Thank you all!!

First they gave me the wrong part, took it back, they ordered another part # to be delivered in two days, turned out to be the wrong part again. Complete waste of time, should have went to O'Reilly's first.Isnt getting the right part # the whole point of a parts store?

David & Derick are always helpful and professional. They have years in the industry and know their stuff. Good people. The store gives you that home feeling. Coming from a guy out of a small town out in Texas. This is the kind of people you enjoy working with.

Customer service was great, they had the parts I needed and I was in and out.

Ordered some truck filters and had a sale but none in stock, they came in from Denver and Rio rancho the desk help said... I offered to pay he said just wait til they came in and we will take care of it. He placed on the ticket for them to call me. Nobody called or left a message. So I visited today 4-19-20 and they were there but they did not honor the price because sale ended that Saturday and due to no call I just expected them still in transit. He had the ticket in front with his notes to call. He said it just goes to the "back" and they call. Also said there was nothing he can do. Ticket even had the price on it. I will not be going back to this location. I'll just make the trip to Albuquerque or different parts store. If a deal/transaction is in progress they should honor it. It's no
