NAPA Auto Parts

I had my alternator replaced in Pennsylvania when I was out there camping. After 2 months it went. I live in Jersey and went to Paterson Napa and the gentleman (hopefully I am spelling his name correctly, Jamar) helped me resolve my issue. My mechanic changed it without telling me it was the alternator and the part was still under warranty. So i had to pay my mechanic for the part. I reached out to NAPA and they gave me a store credit instead. Thumbs up to these guys

Called to order $1400 worth of batteries on 11/1/23. The old geezer who answered the phone had no idea what was going on. Couldn't even figure out how to put the phone on hold. After some more confusion on his part, he told me to come into the store and hung up on me.. Called the Lyndhurst location and the man on the phone had a normal functioning brain so they got the $1400 instead.

A great selection of auto parts. And if they don’t have a specific part they will locate it I. Their network and get it for you. You can get almost everything for domestic and foreign automobile.

Unbelievable crazy every time I swing by no customers at all but they always don’t even time to pick up or get back to you very disappointed just very disappointed

I had ordered some auto parts to be delivered.. after some time I decided to go to the store to check and see if they had my order ready and to my surprise it was ready and the funny thing is that they had 3 drivers standing around doing absolutely nothing at all.. smdh.. glad I didn't waste anymore time waiting and just took a chance to go see if it was ready!!!
