Disappointing experience. I came in looking for a specific part and left feeling like I was doing all the work. The staff seemed rushed and not very interested in helping, and the information I got about fitment was inconsistent. I also ran into a frustrating delay with the order status and didn’t get a clear update until I followed up more than once. If you know exactly what you need it might be fine, but I wouldn’t count on helpful guidance or smooth service.

Napa is great! I wasn't doing the shopping but, they were able to get the guy's part overnight when the other part stores said it would be 4 days to get the part. Anyway, his truck is put back together in 1 day & he'll be on the road by Monday. Napa did a great job of getting the right part with only a few hours of wait time!

They go above and beyond. A customer left their checkbook in store. One of the employees went to the parking lot to find the owner so they could give it back before they left. :) Always have the parts or tools we need. If not they can have it there in their next order.

Pedro and the crew at Napa are always eager to run out to help. They helped troubleshoot an issue with my 4Runner and found the right brakes for my Tacoma. Their service is unbeatable!

Owners and employees at Woodward’s Napa do a great job taking care of customers. I’m comfortable enough to send my daughters there and know their cars will be diagnosed and taken care! Thanks!
