Called from my marina looking for a part. The tech stated inventory within minutes over the phone. 9nce i arrived the item was on the counter ready. I paid and off I went. Great spot!

Great customer service. I bought 4 batteries for my boat at the river pier. They gave me a drive and helped wheel them by a hand cart to the boat at very end. Awesome

Just stopped in because my tire went flat, Donnie helped me and went over and beyond for me. His great service was appreciated

Not many shops still shave rotors.. I was super surprised they still do and was very cheap.. thankful for these guys they saved me a bunch of money

This review reflects NAPA as a company, not the employees. I’ve always had great experience with the staff, they are friendly and helpful. DO NOT BUY ELECTRICAL PARTS FROM NAPA. I bought a voltage regulator which was defective straight out of the box. It was boiling my battery and straining all of my other electrical components by charging at 20 volts. I spent 2 days working on my vehicle trying to source a bad ground wire or connection, replaced my alternator, battery, battery cables, tore my entire dashboard apart. Only to find that the voltage regulator (brand new NAPA brand) was defective! Bought an AC Delco regulator and back to charging at 14.7v instead of 20v. I tried to return the defective NAPA brand regulator, only to be told that they do not accept any returns or store credit fo
