NAPA Auto Parts - Platteville

Tried finding some trunk lift arms for my Kia. Nobody had anything correct in town and didn't want to pay crazy Kia dealership price. Came here to Napa, and they found me a pair of universal arms that fit perfectly. Thank you

NAPA Auto Parts is my go-to shop. If I don't go online and get my own parts I come here. They try to beat out the competition and will give you great deals if you shop with them always. If they don't have the parts your looking for they will order them, and they'll be there next day. I like Dustin the manager because he's a straight shooter stand up guy doesn't cut any corners when it comes to his job. I have never gotten done wrong here the staff is friendly, and they know their job very well. I will bypass any other Auto store and come to Napa.

Great selection of products, but terrible employees. They either have no idea what you're talking about, or treat you like a complete idiot and laugh in your face. Completely disrespectful. Go elsewhere for car parts. Advanced Auto and O'Reilly's are amazing companies and have respectful, knowledgeable employees.

I manage Spring-Green Lawn Care in Platteville. Our equipment needs constant maintenance. Toni and Dave almost always have what we are looking for. If not, it's there the next day. Great customer service and a very knowledgeable staff!

Stopped in with an issue on our school bus. We were on a field trip coming from over 2 hours away. The people at napa were fast and friendly. They even used their own tools and an employee came out and put the part on the bus in the parking lot. One of the best experiences at a parts store ever. Thanks napa!!!
