Took our tahoe in for multiple issues on Monday morning called me mid day to report findings. Gave options and had everything repaired by end of day. Reasonable pricing and honest work. Will be recommending in the future.

Had an issue with a newer Hyundai Hybrid a month or so ago regarding the "Exhaust Heat Recirculation System". Charles and his crew got me in quickly and were additionally very accommodating with my wants to watch and observe diagnosis for my own knowledge/assurance. I had to get to Michigan within the week, and they had the part ordered, delivered, and installed within a few days. No issues thus far. Will be frequenting Trace for any more issues I cannot resolve on my own.
