Brad Frank, mechanic, is awesome! We were traveling to Glacier and had engine problems, and Brad knew immediately the problem. He made time to help us and fixed it within 15 minutes. Brad was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
My 1987 Ford F250 3/4 Ton is running smooth silk. 15th St. Napa put a new starter in for me Monday October 17th After getting Help at the NAPA store my T-rusty truck is good for the road ahead.
They ordered the WRONG parts and will not reimburse me or give me the CORRECT parts. Never wasting my time or money here ever again! Ordered 2 U-Joints, only 1 of them came in a box and had retainer clips! Real classy...NOT. Now my work truck is disabled longer while I do their job, spend more of MY time and money, ABSOLUTE BS!!!!!
