NAPA Auto Parts - Premier Parts, LLC

I came in for a gift card for my nephew. All of the folks at NAPA were friendly and also had a spirit of helping each other out as they navigated, processing a gift card out for me.

I went there today in full blown melt down tears and all. I was 3 hours away from home and my power steering went out in the Target parking lot. I walked in there after muscle driving around the corner to them and I wish I would of gotten a name! But an employee came out, dealt with my crying, looked at my car, and was able to tell me their thoughts. They directed me to a mechanic close by and wished me luck. In a time of panic, being by myself and soo far from home, they really were there for me! Thank you for excellent customer service.

Best parts store AND shop anywhere near. They do great work, have very nice rentals. They even fill propane tanks, and have the best prices around. Everyone i go in there, I get the real Minnesota Nice feel.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always have what I need and the few items that I didn't get right away was ordered and received within a day or two. Cost is usually on par or slightly less than other places

My husband and I have shopped at the Bemidji Napa for years. Their employees are friendly and will try to help you the best they can. We've had harder items to find for our vehicle, yet the staff have been able to get what we needed when other auto stores around town couldn't. Napa does sometimes charge a bit more then their competition on some items HOWEVER from experience I've found the more expensive product from Napa lasts longer and is more durable then their competition's. For the price difference it has always been worth it for us to shop at Napa and get good quality products.
