NAPA Auto Parts - Prior Lake

I called three times in one day to order a very specific battery. Every time they took my phone number and name down saying that they had multiple in their warehouse and that they were going to order the battery. They never did. I wasted multiple hours of my time waiting for this battery that was never even ordered. Very disappointed but that's unfortunately Napa quality these days.

Ask to work with Connor- he's the BEST! He always knows exactly what I need for my car, and provides top tier customer service.

Dec 2024 went back for more parts, service was good then. Stopped in on June 3 about 1230pm. Clerk was on phone, no one else around. I looked around. Clerk was off phone now. I started asking the clerk for help at the front counter, he said he is on the computer and yelled to the rear for someone. I waited a bit, no one came, he didn't offer assistance. I left. I will write it off as someone having a bad day.

Horrible customer service. Called 15 minutes before close and was put on hold, 30 minutes after hold still no one helped me! Try a different business!!! They obviously don't have employees that have no care for your time. 7/14/2025 6.44pm started my hold, close is 7pm.

They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I described an issue I was having with my car, and the guy that was helping me knew just how to fix it. I asked a lot of questions and didn't feel judged. He answered every one and gave me his best advice. I had to give them 4 stars, however, because they don't seem to be doing anything to prevent the spread of covid in their stores. No social distancing, no masks, etc. I didn't even see any disinfectant being used.
