First time using Pro Service and couldn’t have been more pleased! Extremely convenient location, fast, super friendly staff, and the key drop off/pick up is an amazing feature. Jon and Jessica were fantastic in getting me scheduled and communicating when the vehicle was finished. John did an amazing job on the repairs. Even sent a video of what the issue was. Mike snd John made my life so much easier with their good service. Being i had never had a car towed before and this type of repair done i didn’t know where to begin. This meant so much to me. They assured me over the phone that they would take care of the towing company when they got to the shop. I didn’t need to be there to receive it. I was already in computer from past services. They diagnosed it quickly. Notified me both by phone and text. Did the expert work ahead of promised time and under quote! Checked the car out thoroughly and completely . Sent me pictures via text of the issue and with explanations . What more can you ask. Jessica as always pleasant at the front desk and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

I've been going to Pro Service for nearly 4 years! Quick story time: It was a cool autumn morning, sitting in carline. My car was revving weirdly, lights in and out, and eventually died on the spot. The truck in front of me noticed I was stalled, hopped out, and checked if everything was okay. The woman (happened to be Stacie, owner) called her husband Adam (owner) to diagnose right on the spot over the phone. Tried to jump my battery, to no avail. Adam rushed over with a portable jump, tow, and had my alternator replaced by the end of the day. Even put me in a loaner to make sure my day wasn't impacted more than it already was!? Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience and warn others. I did a wheel alignment on my wife's Lexus 2014 r350 with 110k miles. It was on Thursday and on Friday we had to go to another state for 5 days with my wife and child. In the morning when we left I began to hear a knock in my suspension on the driver's side, it was not there before, I take care of my wife's car and do not allow anything to break there since I am a mechanic myself. We drove like this for 5 days and the knocking only got worse. I arrived and started talking to John, and showed him what the problem was, since I myself had already guessed that they did not tighten the bolt on the steering rod well, I noted this in the photo. to which John replied: that this can't be, we never touch it to do wheel alignment. Yesterday morning I called a little after 9am and spoke with John about my car not starting over the weekend. I suspected it was the battery, and he was kind enough to look up my records and confirm that it had last been replaced four years ago. He asked me to bring the car in, so I dropped it off just before 10am. To my surprise, he called before noon to let me know it was already finished! I was really impressed with the quick turnaround and John’s thorough inspection and clear recap of what he found when testing the battery. Great service and a very smooth experience from start to finish.
