Freddy and Laura are great people. One of the last few good ones ! They have everything in their store that anyone could need and resources to get you what they don't. Love the look and feel of the old school parts counter and cannot say enough good things about them and their business.

Always helpful. And are old school parts men. And that makes a big difference. These folks still know how to Use a parts book a foot thick..!

Extremely rude to customers. When asking a question about a refund, was told that he could do what he wanted and when he wanted and didn't have to if he didn't want to. Told me that I caused him to lose money by ordering the part through Napa online then tried to argue with me about his inventory almost two weeks prior when I bought the part. Do NOT recommend doing business with this location. Find another Napa or go down to O'Reilly's. I needed more than just the core charge refund but left due to his attitude and spent my money elsewhere.

The battery in my Fiat went out. It’s not a super common make, and I’ve had issues before where certain places can’t work on it, can’t do oil changes, etc., so I knew it might be a headache to find a replacement. After the first store I went to didn’t have one, I called NAPA, and a gentleman named Freddy said they had one in stock. I told him I’d be right in, and he had it waiting for me when I arrived. He let us borrow their toolbox so we could change it right there in the parking lot. I am so thankful for the help I got at this store, even just having one in stock was a relief to me, but to have it waiting for me and to let me use their tools to install was taking it above and beyond. Thank you!

This NAPA store in Benton has been there as long as I have been in Benton... Around 1972 it was located over by the interstate but they have always had an excellent selection of broad range and much more than just the average NAPA store... True expertise really smart people really great ideas and resources... I mean face it you can buy your parts at any internet website... But you can't get real solid good advice just any place like that... I'm grateful for them and think they do a great job
