NAPA Auto Parts - Quality Auto Parts

Today we needed antifreeze for our 2011 Buick Lacerne, so we stopped in Napa Auto Parts. The service there was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t ask for better service. We will be going again♥️

My 84 yo grandmother called me crying last night because the employees left her stranded in the parking lot at closing time with her car keys locked inside their store(for the tow truck driver to pick up in the morning), in the dark, no parking lot lights, in DECEMBER, with (at that point) no ride home and nowhere to sit except the ground while she waited. Of course I immediately went and picked her up but it took me 45 minutes to get to where she was. It was almost 6pm before she was able to sit down and warm up in my car. DO BETTER PEOPLE. The absolute LEAST y’all could have done is let her stand inside, out of the cold until her ride could get there. But you chose to lock up and leave her stranded in your parking lot.

Not knowing much about auto repairs I can only report my son's comments. Ii did have what he needs to repair his Tahoe. The people were helpful and fun to deal with.

Phenomenal service and great prices!!! Exceeded expectations by far!

I would like to recognize a person named Kyle at the Cartersville location off Tennessee Street who went out of his way and found a back up camera for my Edge Titanium. Very friendly and Great customer service!! Highly recommended 👍
