Spoke with Daniel the other day about a replacement radiator hose I was unable to find anywhere in store or online. O'Reilly said it isn't available unless your a dealer. 5 minutes in ray's napa and the hose was in order and arrived the next day. Very knowledgeable and approachable staff made my parts search an easy task. Cheers to you.

Gentlemen there helped me get my oil that I needed to change it, he wasn't pushy on selling me extra and mostly glad that he didn't have that " Lady do you know what your doing attitude!" That was the best part of the whole trip! Because a lot of these auto part stores give you that look or they'll try to sell you everything that you don't need! NAPA AUTO PARTS wasn't anything like that. Much appreciated.

Very helpful staff at this location. We went in to look for a part and we were given a variety of options. Thanks for the help we were able to feel comfortable getting down the road. I will keep this place in mind if I'm ever going through again.
