There was a man with a goatee there. First I asked for help, my car's wipers are very bad. He said yes I can handle it. He said I will find the best for you. He thinks people who can't speak English well are stupid and tries to fool them. That person installed a snake-like wiper on my car. First I looked at the snake, then I looked at the man. I said to him "Do you think our problem is solved?" You could have told you at the beginning that we are just salesmen. I wish that super quality snake you gave me proved that you are a perfect salesman.

So disappointed, after 1 1/2 years of waiting for a motor and a transmission and after checking in December 2024 being patient , Tony From the Machine Shop Told me to pick up my motor and transmission because he wasn’t going to be able to work on them . He didn’t have time . Incredible .

Tom and his team are great! I was having issues with a battery that I purchased from Read Auto Parts, and they re-charged it twice when it was going dead. After the second time, Tom took a look at my minivan to see if there were underlying issues with the vehicle (parasitic current draw). Most likely the issue is due to low-use of the minivan and he gave me tips on how to extend the battery life. Tom definitely went above and beyond to help me!
