NAPA Auto Parts - Rend Lake Auto Truck Parts

I genuinely don't like to post a bad review but I found my visit a waste of time. While visiting family our vehicle had issues so we drove the 3 blocks to NAPA. The gentleman was rude and expected me to give him the specific details on a battery which I had a photo of specs. Literally refused to even look. Got on NAPA website and found the battery (based on their search criteria and matched what I had) and showed him and he told me it was wrong (from NAPA website and model number)! Then he basically dismissed me to get a part for another customer who walked in after me (whom the NAPA clerk knows). I get I'm not local. I get I am not the brightest when it comes to cars but at the end of it, the employee seemed and acted as if he could care less and was dismissive. I drove to O'Reilly's 2

Great parts store owner very helpful smaller store but had everything we need glad they were open everything all closed at noon must be small town atmosphere 😀 thank you to Rend Lake NAPA auto parts.

Rude owner always talking to people like they are slow and it appears to aggravate him when asked a question pertaining to parts . This is a parts store so one should be used to answering questions

Usually fairly knowledgeable, and have a good selection of parts, but being the only auto parts store in the area, you pay a premium for convenience.

The guy working was very helpful. Got me the right parts I needed and he was very nice.
