This NAPA store always has better quality parts than other auto parts stores. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and really knows their stuff. Great service and products every time I stop in!

My husband and I have used this location for our Volvo parts for over 15 years. Today ( Tuesday 2/4/25 at 2:03 pm) we went in for a part and there was no one else in the store. The man with longer hair was busy helping a client on the phone. There was an older man on the computer at the counter who completely ignored us the entire time we stood there in front of him. Didn’t bother greeting us, looking at us or even give the courtesy of saying he’ll be with us shortly. Nothing. He acted like we weren’t standing there in front of him. We own a business down the street and would never imagine treating clients this way with complete disregard. He needs training on basic manners and people skills. Needless to say that we won’t ever be back. Went to Auto Zone a few feet away where we’re treate

First time in my life, I’m seeing a store that is actually trying NOT to sell the product. Long hair dude with blue eyes succeeded to NOT sell me the car paint even though I gave him the exact car model, year, and exact color code. All he says that he doesn’t know how to find the product among the 65,000 products. Trying definitely not to make the sale, I will contact the CEO of this company to take a closer look if the sale has been dropped since this guy was hired. I will keep this updated once I hear from the CEO. I’m very curious about it because I think this guy might be a placed here by a other competitors to drop the sales.

They had exactly what I wanted but I'm too poor to be able to buy cuz I had no money at the time that I saw that item there at the store so I took a picture of it so I can come back later
