LEVI, Heath, and Gavin are very awesome. In and out very quickly, and they check everything. Pricing is very reasonable. Good group of Guys there. Exceptional customer service. WILL NOT EVER HAVE WALMART DO MY OIL CHANGES AGAIN. This will be the place I go from here on in. Highly recommend this place right on 10th street. Please folks if you need an oil change, come here and give this place your business. Im 60 years old and this is the best oil change location in the area. Thumbs up to Valvoline!!!!
Extremely unprofessional experience. A technician reached into my vehicle and began adjusting controls without asking. He then opened my driver’s door without permission. When I shut my door and asked what he was doing, the person in charge asked me to leave, claiming he “didn’t want a fight.” At no point was I aggressive — I was simply protecting my property, ensuring my boundaries be respected and asking for basic courtesy. Customers deserve communication and respect. This interaction fell far short of that standard.
The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, I needed to have my tires rotated, but that service wasn't available. I don't see the point of returning to a place for an oil change if I am just going to have to go to a second place to get my tires rotated.
I love the atmosphere of the environment everyone is positive and that energy just spreads to the customers. Very fortunate to have this service in our area! Thank you all for all your hard work and positiveness!
The best place in all United States to do the oil change of your truck.
