Complete terrible products. New battery February /25 here is is September battery is bad. I bought the car from a friend they will not warrant barter due to me not original purchaser. I would not recommend them to anyone. Any other parts store will stand behind there products.
Fantastic customer service and had my parts on hand
Unprofessional customer service; they talked amongst themselves and ignored me. The product is available online, yet they said they did not have it in stock. I was looking for an H7 24-volt bulb.
Very very poor service.... my teenage son stranded in their parking lot with a dead battery that was bought from this store a year ago so still under warranty for 30 mins and the temp outside 32 degrees and the gentleman would not help him. When I called to voice concern about poor business I spoke with another very rude employee. I can understand policy but what about just being a decent human. #dontshopnaparidge
