My headlight went out and they helped get me a deal. I made a mistake and opened it without making sure it was the right size, it wasn't, and the same gentleman who helped me originally said he would take them so I could get a refund. 10/10 customer service but I definitely have a terrible tone so I wanted to make sure I left a good review. Thank you guys!

I rated this a 3 star... only because when I visited this place, I walked in didnt get "hi how are u today" and I noticed that everybody else who walked in after me did get a friendly greeting. I had to go up to a worker nd ask for they're helps only to have them tell me where I could find what I was looking for at the time. Which was wiriing for my car stereo. Anywho I being a local customer who wanted to support her locally owned businesses got the shaft nd didnt even get a thank u for choosing us when I couldce went to o'Reillys nd get treated like a paying customer should be treated whether if I'm a female or Male or white or native American. I was not pleased nd most likely be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when you dont know the specific name of a part, just describe it and they'll know. If parts in stock, when parts are not it's just a days wait. Ronan Napa will definitely keep you rolling.
